How it works
Open the PDF and identify each page using its position in the preview.
Enter every page exactly once in the desired order, such as 3,1,2 for a three-page document.
Apply the order and check the first page, section transitions and final page before downloading.

Map the new order before applying it
A cover or an unnumbered divider can make printed page numbers differ from PDF page positions. Use the preview's page counter when planning the sequence. For a five-page file with an appendix mistakenly first, the order 2-5,1 moves it to the end. Every original page must appear once; omissions and duplicates are not accepted by this tool.
Review references after moving pages
Reordering moves whole pages and keeps their visible content. It does not rewrite a printed contents page, page numbers or instructions such as see page 4. Check those references separately, especially after moving chapters in a report. If you also need to remove outdated pages, do that deliberately and recalculate the sequence before another reorder operation.
Frequently asked questions
Can I leave pages out of the new order?
Not with Reorder. Use Extract to create a file containing selected pages, or Delete pages to remove them from a working copy.
Can I combine pages from several PDFs here?
First merge the files into one PDF, then reorder that combined document. Check the new page positions after merging because the original files had separate page counts.
