Useful next steps

PowerPoint to PDF: share clear, readable slide pagesConvert PPT, PPTX and ODP to PDF. Check slide proportions, fonts, charts, speaker notes and static content before sharing.
Export PDF pages as JPG imagesTurn selected PDF pages into JPG images and download them together as a ZIP archive. Choose image quality and inspect fine text in the finished files.
Convert PDF text to an editable Word documentExport selectable PDF text as a DOCX file. easyPDF24 creates a simple Word document rather than reproducing the original page layout.
Extract PDF pages into one separate documentSave selected PDF pages together as a new PDF. Choose individual pages or ranges and keep the original file for the complete document.

Editable objects still need a layout review

A PDF does not contain all the editing information from the original presentation. Fonts, spacing, transparency and the order of overlapping objects may change during conversion. Complex vector paths or angled objects can be omitted. Correct these areas in PowerPoint and compare important slides against their source pages before presenting them.

Use page images for a fixed visual foundation

The alternative mode places pages into the presentation as pictures. Their words cannot be edited individually. Choose according to your next step: changing wording needs editable objects, whereas showing a fixed page view may only require an image. Animations, transitions and the original presentation structure are not restored. Keep the PDF available for checking either output mode.

Frequently asked questions

Is the text editable in every PPTX output?

Only editable-layout mode creates editable text objects. In page-image mode the words remain part of an image.

Will the result exactly match the source presentation?

The PDF contains only part of its structure. Review and adjust the exported layout before using it.
