What can I change with voice commands?
You can highlight or replace text, rotate, delete or extract pages, and add watermarks or page numbers. When replacing text, specify both the original and the replacement. You’ll see the recognized steps for review before anything is applied.
Which languages support voice and typed commands?
Spoken and typed PDF commands are supported in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian and Swedish. Choose the command language in chat before recording or typing. It can differ from the interface language. Allow microphone access for recording, check the transcription and review the planned changes. You can correct the message, type exact values or use the manual controls. OCR is a separate tool and currently supports German and English.
Where are my files processed?
Your files, images and voice recordings are transferred over an encrypted connection and processed on our server in Finland.
How does easyPDF24 handle my data?
Optional website analytics is enabled only with your consent. PDF contents are not sent to Google. Temporary files are deleted after 30 minutes or immediately at your request. Save your result on your device.
How long will my files be available?
Temporary processing results are removed after 30 minutes, so please download your result before then. Editing does not overwrite the original file on your computer.
Can I edit scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scan text recognition adds a searchable text layer to your PDF. Up to 10 selected pages can be recognized per operation. Check recognized numbers and names in particular. Rotating, splitting and merging also work without text recognition.
What does the AI assistant do?
Summarize your document, translate text or ask a question about its contents. Check important details against the original.
How are the plans billed?
Review the total price, billing period and terms before confirming an order.
